How did this all get started?
The Bernheim Buildings
Historic buildings built in 1933 and used for I.W. Harper Bourbon Storage by Isaac Wolfe Bernheim ( the same creator of Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest).
Fast forward to 2021 - when local real estate developers got the idea to store cars, and it snowballed from there.
